Seville Guide
When you travel Spain,
be sure that a great deal of best
places
every travel agency will entice you with is going to be located in Seville.
Indeed, Andalusia's largest city is one of Spain's most alluring
locations and we dare say it is also one of the most romantic places on
the globe.
Two of the world's greatest religions left deep traces in the
city’s appearance and character, and this interesting
blending is
now seen in Seville's architectural and artistic heritage.
However, Seville's charm lies not only in its numerous monuments and
museums; idle strolls around the narrow streets or squares and fiesta
hours in its green gardens are also great pleasures, cultural
experiences in themselves.
Seville is paradise of a place worth visiting any time of the year,
however, if you are especially susceptible to heat it is not
recommended to come here in mid-July and August, as the temperatures
may become uncomfortably high. On the other hand, springs and autumns
are warm and sunny, and winters mild and dry, making Andalusian capital
an attractive place for tourists who travel Spain.
So what is so special about this city with population of only 700,000
people? Is it the catching rhythm of Sevillanas-flamenco that Carmen
used to dance to, the intoxicant sherry and olives, world’s
best
tapas or passionate bull-fighting - decide for yourself. But when you
are in Seville, be sure that your must-see list includes such sightseeings
and attractions
as the magnificent Alcazar surrounded by its beautiful gardens and the
Cathedral with its famous bell-tower, the Giralda; the truly golden
Torre del Oro, the splendid Parque Maria Luisa, the Plaza de Toros (one
of Spain’s largest bull-rings), the quaint Casa de los
Pilatos
and at least some of the museums and churches…
Wherever your glance is cast, Seville has something to astonish you!
